Notice

IMPORTANT: Club Sessions to be Cancelled

There is some essential maintenance work being done to the large pool at the Leisure Centre and will therefore be closed.
Swimming Club trials will also be cancelled for September. The next trials will be Thursday, 7th October 2010.

Thursday, 2nd September:  CANCELLED
Monday, 6th September:  CANCELLED
Thursday, 9th September:  ????

If maintenance takes longer than expected the Swimming Club will be cancelled for further week, but sessions may be arranged at other pools.

The workmen return this weekend to determine whether the pool can be re-opened. They have partially filled the pool to perform a five day test. If the news is positive the Club will be back sooner rather than later. If the news is bad we will be trying to find an alternative venue.

The date of the first Club session in September will be displayed on this website, once we have been informed by the Leisure Centre staff.

Friendly League Team Sheet

The Friendly League fixture against Pioneer '79 on Friday, 10th September will still be going ahead. There will be no transport provided as the gala will be taking place at the Hyndburn Sports Centre, Accrington. If you are unable to get there contact Tony Brooks or Andrew Croxall.
